Hi, my name is Tyerra, but I used to go Tyler. When I was born I was told that I was a boy, but always felt like a girl. After various procedures and medications, I started looking and feeling on the outside the same as I feel on the inside. Now I feel that I am fully the girl on the outside as I am in the inside. Some of my other transgender friends haven't medically transitioned, and that's okay, too!
